Film Premieres September 3rd!

The feature film on the Bastrop Wildfires will premiere on September 3rd at the Bastrop Opera House!

Our team has been hard at work filming and editing the film and we can’t wait to share it with the Central Texas community. We are hoping that the film will bring awareness to the continuing needs of the Bastrop wildfire victims.

The screening will be open to the public, and the doors will open at 5pm for refreshments provided by the Bastrop Film Commission. The screening will begin at 6pm. A Q&A session

will be held after with the film producer and director.• Admission is free for families who were in the burn areas.
• General admission will be $5.00 with all proceeds going directly to All About Families, a non-profit in Bastrop which continues to support fire victims.

About All About Families:
The AAF-US mission is to improve the lives of families by providing direct support during times of dire need. They do this by combining assistance from
host families and support from their network of volunteers. Through the “Adopt a Family” program, AAF has helped over three hundred and fifty families. They not
only helped people with the essentials of life, but also assisted them to find housing and household items swiftly and efficiently. Since the “Adopt a Family”
program through their Facebook group “Bastrop Fire – Adopt A Family” was so successful, it decided to officially register as a non-profit corporation on September 21, 2011.
